Are two tablets of Encorton 10 mg equivalent to taking 20 mg of the drug?
If I got from the doctor the first day of encorton dosing 20 mg in the morning and 20 mg and noon and the prescription was prescribed 10 mg or can I just take 2 tablets of 10 mg and in the afternoon also 2 tablets of 10 mg

Yes, you can do so. Two doses of 10 mg will be equivalent to 1 of 20 mg.
