Can I change the dosing hours of Ospamox?
Today I gave my daughter the first dose of the antibiotic ospamox at 1 p.m. Can I change the feeding regimen to 8-20? Can I give another dose tonight at 8 pm? And another one tomorrow at 8?

The described change in dosage should not have a major impact on the effectiveness of the entire Ospamox treatment. Ospamox should be used as indicated by your doctor. In practice, it happens that when starting antibiotic therapy, it is even recommended to shorten the interval between the first doses.
