Yes, the drugs Metmin and Ibuprom Sinus can be combined with each other. The nasal steroid (Metmin) has a local effect. It enters the general circulation only to a small extent, which is why there is practically no risk of its interaction with drugs taken orally, e.g. Ibuprom Sinus.
