It is not recommended to combine the drugs DicloDuo and Apap Intense. Apap Intense in addition to paracetamol contains ibuprofen, which, like diclofenac (the active ingredient in DicloDuo), belongs to the group of Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs). Due to their synergistic effect, simultaneous intake of several drugs from this group at the same time may increase the risk of gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding.
