Can using Aldara cream from an open sachet be harmful?
Could someone tell me, I did not read that after each use of the aldara cream sachet it should be discarded, and I used it several times and now the change on the nose is more red. I think I panicked.

No such studies have been conducted. Nevertheless, it is unlikely that using the drug from an open sachet is harmful. It is more likely that the drug from the open sachet did not work properly - it worked less well, hence the redness. If you still have any doubts, it is worth consulting a doctor who recommended this type of therapy.
