If you forget to take the recommended dose of Duphaston, it is recommended that you take the overdue dose (if it has not been more than 12 hours since the standard time of taking Duphaston). If more than 12 hours have passed, do not replenish the missed dose of the drug. Subsequent tablets of the drug should be used at a fixed time.
