Is it possible to use Mirtagen in the evening at a dose of 30 mg Pragiole in a dose of 150 and L-Tryptophan in the evening the first two in the doctor's recommendation?

The use of L-Tryptophan is not recommended during treatment with mirtazapine (the active ingredient in Mirtagen), as this may result in serious disorders known as serotonin syndrome. Some of its symptoms are fever, sweating, increased heart rate, diarrhea, (uncontrollable) muscle spasms, chills, increased reflexes, anxiety, mood swings, loss of consciousness.
