What to do in case of incorrect preparation of Azitrolek 200mg/5ml suspension?

Hello. What to do in case of incorrect preparation of suspension with AZITROLEK 200mg / 5ml 30ml (1200mg). By not paying attention I added too much water to the suspension, ie 30ml and the correct is 15ml. I have to administer the drug for 3 days of 5ml

In preparing the suspension in this way, you received a drug with a concentration twice as weak as the one to be used. The best option is to get a new prescription and re-prepare the suspension. It is worth presenting the situation in the pharmacy, then the pharmacist will consider issuing an antibiotic on the basis of a pharmaceutical prescription. Theoretically, it is also possible to give a double dose of the drug (in your case 10 ml, instead of 5 ml), but this solution is fraught with the risk of error. Too much dilution of the suspension may cause uneven dispersion of the powder and, as a result, an inaccurate dose of the drug. I encourage you to read the leaflet to the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/8430/azitrolek-proszek-do-wytworzenia-zawiesiny/ulotka/
