Can I divide telam 80+ 5 in half?

I started taking telam 80+10 in the morning and I had low blood pressure 135/65/60 and in the evening it increased to 154/75/60.This is how I had caramlo 16+10mg. My family doctor also added Diursin to me and that's why I have low blood in the morning. Temal prescribed me a cardiologist on what to do to have lower blood pressure in the evening.

Previously I took Telam 40/5 there were swollen feet Currently I have telmisartan 80 (I wonder if changing the dose from 40 to 80 is good) For some time I have pain as if sinus frontal, nasal, maxillary I have never had problems with the sinuses, the feeling as if the teeth are going to grow, or as if I have a buckle on the nose.
