Can I increase my dose of Lamilept?

Good morning, for 1.5 years I have been taking lamilept 2x 50mg recently I felt bad and 14 days ago I increased the dose in the morning 50mg + 25mg and in the evening unchanged 50mg. Do I need to increase the evening dose to 75mg? I have a visit to a neurologist for 4 weeks. because he's on vacation. I do not know if after these 2 weeks. increase also in the evening? Please reply.

You should not increase the doses of drugs on your own at all. We do not have access to your medical history and test results, so we are not able to say whether it will be safe to increase the dose of the drug.
