Does polprazole need to be given to a baby in the morning? When the baby eats every 2 hours regardless of the time or on an empty stomach, can it be considered no after 1.5 hours from feeding? How long does it take from administration to feeding?

No drug from the group of proton pump inhibitors (here: Polprazole) has been registered in the world for use in children under 1 year of age. So far, no clear dosing regimen has been established in infants. Different sources give different doses and recommend their use in different age groups and indications. Thus, in this case, they should be determined by the doctor. In the case of such a small child, it will not be a mistake to give Polprazole between meals. The drug should be administered at least 30 minutes. before feeding, preferably in the morning. In case of doubt, I encourage you to consult your doctor again.
