Good morning, I have a question for years I have been taking Naraya but there were problems of dizzy of labyrinth type (split ok), I switched to cerazette but I did not serve to still bleeding for weeks - there was no dizziness. Return the doctor's decision to Naraya and again dizziness. Are there any substitutes for these drugs that do not cause dizziness? Contraception is something I have to use because of other health problems.

In order to choose the right contraceptive preparation for you, I encourage you to consult a gynecologist. The doctor, based on the m.in your medical history, the current tolerance of the preparations, will recommend the appropriate drug. In the case of most of the two-component tablets known to me, dizziness is listed as side effects of the drug. They are most commonly mentioned as uncommon side effects (affecting less than 1 in 100 people) or rare side effects (affecting less than 1 in 1,000 people). Side effects may or may not occur in every patient. We wrote more about this in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow
And do two-component tablets without the effect of dizziness?

A substitute is a preparation containing exactly the same active substances, in exactly the same dosage. This means that it is likely that any of the Substitutes for Naraya can make you dizzy. You can find the full list of substitutes for Naraya in the link: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/51550/naraya-tabletki-powlekane/zamienniki More about what drug substitutes are, we wrote in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czym-sa-zamienniki-lekow However, the inconvenience of using single-component drugs (eg Cerazette) is the occurrence of irregular spotting and bleeding: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/tabletki-antykoncepcyjne-jednoskladnikowe Perhaps beneficial it would be for you to switch to other single-ingredient tablets (e.g. Slinda). Single-component tablets are characterized by a lower risk of side effects (such as dizziness). The change should be made after prior consultation with the attending physician. Other effective methods of contraception are also available, such as non-hormonal spirals. You can read more about contraceptive methods in the summary: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/antykoncepcja
