I have insulin resistance, sugar in the norm. I take metformine - 1000 mg of XR, in the evening once a day. Can I join fertistim supplementation, recommended 2 sachets a day or a total of 100 mg of bitter melon fruit extract.

When taking a preparation containing metformin at a dose of 1000 mg, caution should be exercised when using the Fertistim dietary supplement. Metformin is a medicine that lowers blood glucose levels. The ingredient of Fertistim - bitter melon extract also has a hypoglycemic effect. Therefore, special care should be taken when using the above products together - excessive glucose drop and hypoglycemia may occur.
