To @Anna:
If your blood pressure drops below 90/60 mmHg, it is advisable to consult your doctor for a possible reduction in the dose of Propranolol, as this drug further lowers blood pressure. If symptoms such as dizziness, weakness or fainting appear, you should be especially careful.
As for the concomitant use of Encorton, Propranolol WZF and Kalipozu Prolongatum, they can be taken together, but it is worth monitoring potassium levels, as Propranolol can affect potassium levels.

In case of subacute thyroiditis of the thyroid gland, I was prescribed enkorton 30mg 1/1 ,propranolol WZF 10 mg 3×2, and is it possible to reduce the dose of propranololu WZF when the pressure drops below 90/60
Kalipoz proplongatum 391mg 3×1, is it possible to take these 2 paramats together at the same time

Propranolol, like any drug, is tested for safety and efficacy. It is not a stupefying drug, much less life-threatening. Propranolol is a drug belonging to the group of non-selective beta-blockers, and its action is based on blocking beta-1 and beta-2 receptors. These are receptors stimulated under physiological conditions by adrenaline or norepinephrine released after activation of the sympathetic nervous system. Pharmacological blocking of beta receptors prevents their stimulation, and thus limits the effects of adrenaline or norepinephrine on target tissues with beta receptors (m.in in the heart, blood vessels, bronchi). The action of beta-blockers leads to a decrease in the frequency of heart rhythm and the strength of its contraction, and to a decrease in elevated blood pressure. They protect the heart against the effects of stimulation of beta receptors m.in during physical exertion or stress, they also limit the influence of the sympathetic system during rest. Propranolol is widely used in the treatment of hypertension, angina, prevention of heart attack in patients with coronary artery disease, to control supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias, to prevent migraine, to treat essential tremor, to reduce situational and generalized anxiety, in the adjunctive treatment of hyperthyroidism and thyroid crisis, in the treatment of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
