Can Dicortineff, Floxal and Amotaxi be used in a total of 4-year-old children?

Is it possible in a less than 4-year-old child to combine the following drugs dicortineff in drops in the right ear with floxal drops for the right eye (both have some antibiotics) and dicortineff for the ear with amotax granules for oral suspension?

If these drugs were prescribed by one doctor, then they should be used strictly following the prescribed dosage regimen. These drugs do not interact because ear and eye drops are not absorbed in significant quantities into the systemic circulation.
