Can I reduce my metformin dose if my sugar drops to 60 mg/dl at night?

Hello I take metformin 3x1000 and forxiga. Now I got a 0.25 leftrop. After meals, the sugar grows, then it drops sharply to about 70 and returns to about 100. At night, it dropped to 60. Should you reduce metformin? I will be grateful for your advice

In response to the great interest of patients, a non-reimbursed drug Ozempic from parallel imports appeared in pharmacies. The availability of the drug in pharmacies can be checked here: Ozempic 0.5 mg https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/99258/ozempic-iniekcja/apteki?pvid=275329 Ozempic 1 mg https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/99258/ozempic-iniekcja/apteki?pvid=275351

Do not reduce the doses of drugs yourself. Talk to your doctor and inform them of any sugar changes you have observed. If he decides that there is such a need, he will properly select the dosage of drugs. I am attaching an article that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki
