Yes, Piramil and Ramipril Hexal are different names for the same drug. When you buy an imported medicine, you receive the same medicine that was written on your prescription, but was purchased by a pharmaceutical wholesaler in another country. In Poland, it has been repacked into a package with a polonized description - that's why it happens that the graphic design of packaging differs, and on blisters there are descriptions in a foreign language. Imported medicines have the same content of active substance, route of administration and meet the same safety standards as a drug purchased in Poland, so you should have reasons to be concerned. I encourage you to read the leaflet of the drug Piramil: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/61920/piramil-10-mg-tabletki/ulotka
