Is it possible to combine Lokren 20, Fervex and Hydroxyzinum?

Good morning, can I drink Fervex when taking Lokren 20 tablets? and take for the night hydroxyzine 10mg if there is any reaction in advance thank you for the answer Regards

According to available sources, there may be some interactions between the above-mentioned preparations. Fervex is a preparation containing paracetamol with analgesic effect, vitamin C and pheniramine narrowing blood vessels. Pheniramine may affect the effects of drugs for hypertension (such as Lokren 20), so a safer solution would be to use a preparation containing only paracetamol.
