Should I go to the doctor if I mistakenly gave my child the entire daily dose of Fenistil at once, and not in divided doses?

Hello. I gave the child a daily dose of 16 months by not reading the leaflet fenistil in drops. Should I go to the doctor? Do you calmly observe the child?

To @Kasia:

Side effects can manifest themselves within a day of taking the drug, as it can take up to 24 hours for the drug to be completely removed from the body.

Hello, I exceeded the dose, I gave 45 drops at a time fenistil drops for my 1.4 year old daughter, I called the ambulance, they didn't notice anything disturbing in her, the pupils were not enlarged, nothing. While waiting for the ambulance, I saw that she wanted to sleep, but it was also evening and bedtime. She ate the milk and sleeps. There is no fever. Almost 2 hours passed. She woke up once because her mouth was dry, she coughed and was still sleeping. Is it possible that there will be any consequences of my mistake?

If the maximum daily dose has not been exceeded, and only by mistake you have combined all 3 doses, which should be spread over the whole day - there is no risk of life threatening and you do not need to urgently consult a doctor. Please watch the child. A normal symptom will be changes in behavior, such as drowsiness or irritability. Only if there are disturbing symptoms such as fever, severe vomiting, diarrhea - then you can consult a pediatrician.
