For several months I have been taking seronil 30mg in the morning and Trittico 25mg in the evening. They effectively work on my depression. However, for a long time I have been tired of trembling hands. I think it's the result of seronil. Is it possible? Can I increase the dose of Trittico and discontinue Seronil?

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, tremor is one of the common side effects of both Seronil and Trittico: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/80016/trittico-cr-tabletki/ulotka/118138 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/70687/seronil-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/8683 The medicines you have given, Seronil and Trittico, are only given with a prescription. The doctor should decide on the selection of the appropriate dose and the possibility of changing the dosage. I also encourage you to report the occurrence of side effects of the preparation. Reporting side effects increases control over commercially available medicines.
