If your doctor has advised you to discontinue Prokit, you may stop taking prokant overnight. There are no recommendations that this drug should be discontinued gradually. Withdrawal symptoms are also unknown. Prokit does not interact with the other listed medicinal products. Perhaps the recommendation to discontinue the drug is due to your current state of health, rather than its potential interactions with other drugs. On the other hand, interactions between Orungal and Dexilant and Encorton have been demonstrated between the medicines referred to in the text of the question. Concomitant use of Orungal and Dexilant may be associated with a decrease in the concentration of itraconazole contained in Orungal and thus a decrease in its efficacy. Concomitant use of Orungal and Encorton may increase the concentration of prednisone contained in Encorton, increasing the risk of adverse reactions. These interactions are not a contraindication to their simultaneous use, but you should be aware of the possibility of their occurrence and if you observe disturbing symptoms, report them to your doctor.
