Can I take Dexilant and Orungal with a 5-hour interval?

Good morning I take the drug Dexilant 60 mg and today the ENT prescribed me a drug for mycosis called Orungal100 mg can I take these drugs 5 hours apart?

Such a combination should be used with extreme caution. Dexilant may weaken the effect of Orungal, therefore, if such a combination is necessary, the manufacturer recommends administering itraconazole with acidic drinks (non-diethetic "cola" type). If the effects of Orungal are not satisfactory, consider stopping Dexilant for the duration of Orungal treatment or increasing the dose of Orungal (after consulting your doctor).
