Can I take Cinie 100 mg 8 hours after taking Zolmiles 5 mg?

Hello, at 4 am I took the last tablet of Zolmiles 5mg hoping that the migraine pain will pass me. Unfortunately, it did not work and this medication ended. I still have CINIE 100mg in stock. Or after 8 hours, because so much has passed since taking the drug above or Zolmiles I CAN now take the drug CINIE 100mg. The pain is unbearable. Thank you for your reply. Mine will save my life now.

Both Cinie and Zolmiles belong to the group of so-called triptans, but they contain other medicinal substances. They have the same mechanism of action. Therefore, it is not recommended to use Zolmiles and Cina in a short period of time, as this may lead to the accumulation of their effects and the occurrence of side effects. A 24-hour interval between the use of Cinie and Zolmiles is recommended. However, it is worth remembering that in the case of both Cina and Zolmiles, you can take an additional tablet with an interval of 2 hours from taking the first tablet, if it caused the symptoms to disappear, but the migraine pain returned. I enclose the leaflet to Zolmiles https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/86297/zolmiles-tabletki-ulegajace-rozpadowi-w-jamie-ustnej/ulotka In stopping a migraine attack, a combination of an analgesic/anti-inflammatory drug with triptan (e.g. Zolmiles) is effective.
