Does marijuana (THC) interact with Quettaplex and Pregabalin?

Does marijuana (THC) react in any way with the drugs existent (pregabalin) and quetaplex XR (quetiapine)? I remember that marijuana helped me a lot with anxiety, but since I started taking medication I don't smoke. Can I safely get back to it now?

Exactly the same problem for me! I absolutely cannot tolerate cannabis since I take medication and have to!

So, if I take pregabalin (nasal) and then smoke hashish, I have to go to bed as quickly as possible, because it tests visions in me and I can no longer control my extremities. It's great for falling asleep immediately. But otherwise I would advise against this combination.

I use pregabalin and cannabis - I don't feel side effects.
It helps me with chronic joint pain:) Personally, I am better at calming Cannabis because I don't feel after 1. Beneficial effects of pregabalin anxiety, i.e.: -Abdominal -Diarrhea -nausea -severe drowsiness -stupefying, but more like this, to put it well, in the nervous system – of course it also helps. Cannabis lacks these side effects, and even eliminates most of them. And because of the low Thc it does not affect the "nervous system" so much, but more on the "body" I treat AS, so it helps me a lot with joint pain and relaxation of the spine, including the "body" :) Best regards

I have the impression that pregabalin and THC mutually enhance each other's effects to some extent, the mixture of both in a way mutually enhances each other's sedative effects. However, for most people it is not dangerous in any way, you just need to be careful and moderate 😏

I use pregaballine 2x150mg and I have not noticed any negative interactions, except for the fact that THC has a weaker effect on me once pregabalin starts to work - perhaps the effect of affecting GABA(B) inhibitory receptors and partial limitation of the endocannabinoid system? Regards :) PS. on the net is such a site to check drug interactions: www#drugs#com/drug_interactions#html in place of # insert .

When it comes to dried medical marijuana with a high THC content - here you should be especially careful. Low doses of THC can improve a patient's condition, but too much THC can increase anxiety or cause panic attacks – which can negatively affect antidepressant therapy – so these measures are not indicated. It would be safest to use medical marijuana, e.g. with a lower THC content, dose the drug gradually and remain under constant medical supervision. Smoking marijuana is absolutely contraindicated in this case. I also attach a link to a helpful post: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czym-rozni-sie-cbd-od-thc-marihuana-medyczna-olejki-cbd
