Have I been treated rightly?

Good morning. I was given a prescription for Estazolam 3xop. with a given dosage of 1/NN. In the pharmacy it was found that there is no such dosage and the drug was not given to me. Have I been treated rightly? Please answer honestly whether it was possible to sell the drug with the dosage described in this way (1/NN, i.e. 1 per night). I understand take pharmaceutical, but I'm really asking for an honest answer. Thank you

The Regulation of the Ministry of Health on prescriptions of 23 December 2020 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2424) introduced the definition of the dosage required on the prescription. The dosage regimen is "information about the number of dosage units and the frequency of their use". Also, the Regulation on narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, category 1 precursors and preparations containing these drugs or substances of 11 September 2006 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 166) provides for the obligation to indicate the dosage. The 1/NN entry is not unambiguous and does not meet the requirements of the Prescription Regulation. The fact that you are aware of how to take the medicine is not enough. The pharmacist told you the truth - the prescription needs improvement in terms of dosage.
