Can I take a departal tablet temporarily in case of high stress?

Can I take a 30 mg tablet temporarily in case of high stress? I want to point out that I take a wellbox of 150 mg every day and I do not know if these drugs somehow interfere with each other.

There is no such drug as "departal 30 mg". You may be referring to Depratal at a dose of 30 mg. if so - please read on. Depratal contains duloxetine - this compound is not intended for emergency use. It is a drug for regular use, and the effects of therapy are generally visible after a few weeks. This preparation will not help you in a situation of intensified, but temporary stress. It is also not a typical sedative, but an antidepressant, anxiolytic (for use in generalized anxiety disorders), and in some cases also has an analgesic effect. Do not combine Depratal and Welbox without talking to your doctor. There is a significant interaction between drugs that increases the risk of serious side effects.
