How to dose Acenocumarol after prostate electroresection to increase INR?

I am a week after prostate electroresection,Before the procedure I took acenocumarol .4mg in doses of 1/4 1/4 1/2 at INR 3.1.3 days after the procedure I took injections p/thrombotic . A week after the procedure, the INR is 1.17. How to take acenocumarol now.? My cardiologist is on sick leave and will a dose of 1/2 1/2 1/4 increase my level to 3 .

I am afraid that with this question you should still go to the doctor. The dosage of Acenocumarol should be determined individually, the effect of other, parallel medications should also be taken into account.
