What does it mean to say that Feroplex only has 4 days of validity when opened?

Hello. I have a question about the storage of Feroplxuw ampoules which means that after opening the box the remedy has only 4 days of validity? Is it a vial? There are 20 ampoules and I have one a day or every 16 to throw away after 4 days? Thank you in advance for your reply.

This information applies to the vial. One ampoule of Feroplex after opening can be used for 4 days while stored below 30°C. Reusable administration from 1 vial applies mainly to children, which is why the manufacturer has included this information in the leaflet.
