Is it possible to combine Milgamma, Movalis and Doreta?

The doctor prescribed me MILGAMMA and MOVALIS, and in case of pain DORETE. Can these drugs be combined? I am 67 years old. Please answer, because my hands hurt a lot and I do not know if I can combine these drugs.

According to current medical literature, there are some interactions between these preparations, but they are of little clinical importance. However, please keep a time interval - a minimum of 2-3 hours between Movalis and Doreta, because they are painkillers.
