Good morning, if I finish Mycosyst today (Monday), can I do another day (Tuesday) a urine culture test?

If the doctor does not recommend otherwise, it is worth waiting with the examination and performing it after min. 7 days after the end of treatment with Mycosyst. I attach a link to a helpful post: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-przygotowac-sie-do-badania-moczu
