Hello. He wants to fulfill a prescription for a prescription drug rpw. The pharmacist informed me that the fastest I can pick up the medication tomorrow because today they do not have time to prepare. As a patient, do I have the right to demand immediate implementation?

I have obtained even more information on this topic. According to the latest interpretation, the entry of the Act on the profession of pharmacist resulted in a complete change in Article 86 and the removal of the former wording. Currently, the date of the drug is set individually with the patient.

Pursuant to the Pharmaceutical Law, Art. 86, point 2, paragraph 2, a prescription drug containing narcotic drugs should be dispensed within 4 hours.
I found information that in addition to the note "on CITO" in the obligation to dispense the drug within 4 hours also include narcotic drugs. I would like to add that I mean the implementation of the rpw prescription for an I-N group intoxicant. In such cases, the pharmacy also has 48 hours? Greetings and thank you for the information

Only if the doctor added the note "on cito" on the prescription, the pharmacy is obliged to make the drug within 4 hours. In other cases, the standard time for the pharmacy to make the drug is 48 hours.
