Do not drink alcohol while taking Zoloft. If the drink (non-alcoholic beer) is actually alcohol-free (some beverages labeled "non-alcoholic" contain up to 0.5% alcohol, because the law allows it - it is worth paying attention), then it should not interfere with the effects of drugs or cause side effects, because the ingredient that interacts or causes side effects is ethanol, and not water, a sweetening ingredient or a flavoring drink.
