What cardiovascular disorders can Procto-Glyvenol cream cause?

Good morning, for 2 days I have been using procto-glyvenol ointment, unfortunately in the side effects I read that cardiovascular disorders may occur (that is, what exactly?) ... And I'm afraid to take it now..

In the Safety Data Sheet of Procto-Glyvenol cream you can find information that the drug can in very rare cases cause cardiovascular disorders. Further, the manufacturer states that these disorders may be a consequence of an anaphylactic reaction - that is, a sudden and strong allergic reaction to the ingredients contained in the drug. If you are not allergic to the ingredients of the preparation, there is no reason to worry.
