Drugs are characterized by a different route of administration - the gel applied to the skin has a much lower permeability of the active substance to the general circulation, so they cannot be compared 1: 1. If you have previously observed adverse reactions after using diclofenac in tablets - in this case it may be similar. However, if nothing bad has happened and possible side effects remain only in the sphere of conjecture - there is no reason to worry and Olfen can be used.
