I suppose you are referring to the drug Sobycor, not 'sybocor'. If so, please read on. If not - please provide the correct name of your preparation. There is no information about the existence of interactions (adverse effects) between paracetamol and the component of Sobycor, bisoprolol. So there are no contraindications to combine paracetamol with Sobycore at the time of colds, remembering the restrictions on contraindications and proper dosage.
