Can Saxenda cause Systen Conti malabsorption?
Good morning, can Saxenda cause the absorption of Systen Conti ? Since I use it (3 weeks) I have constantly spotting. And I still ask for information how to wean Saxenda? Reduce the dose or immediately stop using ? Do you need to use a dose of 3 mg or can you stay at 1.8?

Saxenda does not affect the effect of Systen Conti patches. Any bleeding disorders during the use of hormone replacement therapy should be consulted with a gynecologist.
