Since both drugs contain substances belonging to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs - they should not be combined with each other. This increases the risk of side effects such as gastrointestinal disorders (nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea or constipation), irritation of the gastric mucosa, stomach ulcers, anaemia (resulting from chronic bleeding), gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers in the small intestine.
