If I take Alpragen in the morning, can I drink alcohol in the evening?

Good morning, I wanted to advise you about taking Alpragen. Well, I have a drug in a dose of 0.5 mg and I take it only in extreme situations, usually half a tablet is enough. My wedding is approaching, which is a very stressful situation for me, so it may happen that he will take the drug. And here comes my question, if I take a dose of even 0.5 mg in the morning, can I drink alcohol in the afternoon, that is, after 9 hours? I will add that I drink symbolically, small amounts of alcohol. Best regards

Combining Alpragen (even if you take 0.5 mg in the morning) with alcohol is not advisable. This combination increases the risk of sedation - you may be drowsy, dizziness and headaches may also appear. Perhaps other stress management techniques should be used - e.g. psychotherapy. A psychologist can prepare you for a stressful situation and then the use of Alpragen will not be necessary. Otherwise - that is, if you take the drug, you should give up drinking alcohol.
