Is it possible to combine Plavix and Xarelto?
Is it possible to take Plavix 75 mg and Xarelto 20 mg at the same time. I will add that I had a myocardial infarction in August last year, and now I get deep vein thrombosis. The doctor prescribed me the above-mentioned drugs to take at the same time every day one tablet.

If the use of Plavix and Xarelto at the same time has been prescribed by one doctor, then you should follow the recommendations and follow the established dosage so as not to increase the risk of side effects. The use of rivaroxaban (the active ingredient in Xarelto) together with clopidogrel (the active ingredient in Plavix) may increase the risk of bleeding, so if you experience any unusual bleeding or bruising, dizziness, red or black, tarry stools, coughing or vomiting blood, tell your doctor immediately.
