How to dose Medikinet CR and Welbox?

I have to dose Medikinet 10 mg cr and Welbox 150 mg (adhd + depression). Unfortunately, I do not remember about the dosage method, and the psychiatrist is on leave. Medikinet in the morning, but I do not know when Welbox (ultimately it is about narodranelina, which would help with the so-called evening reunions, i.e. fatigue, drowsiness, lack of energy). I will be grateful for your reply.
