Good Evening I take the drug betaserc for dizziness 8 mg, recently, today I found out that I have to take it 3 times a day for 2 tablets or is it not too much? Yesterday I took one tab.o 12 and the other at 16 I take onirex 10 mg for sleeping whether these tablets can be combined together or you need to take a few hours break.

That's right - the daily dose of betahistine (the active ingredient of Betaserc) for adults is 48 mg, so if you use tablets containing 8 mg, you should take 6 of them a day. Onirex should be taken immediately before bedtime, so you can take about 2 hours break from the last dose of Betaserc. These drugs do not interact with clinically relevant interactions that could reduce efficacy or safety of treatment.
