If I do not have menstruation, but the test is negative, can I exclude pregnancy?

Good morning. My period is late for 7 days. This morning I did a morning urine test 15 days after intercourse and it came out negative. I will add that the last intercourse I had in a condom and my guy did not end up in me. Should the result after the 15th day be considered correct? Do I need to repeat or can I consider that I am not pregnant. I don't have any symptoms.

Hello. My period is late 12 days. I did a pregnancy test 11 days after my menstrual period and it came out negative.

A negative pregnancy test result 15 days after intercourse indicates that you are probably not pregnant. The test performed should already show pregnancy if it happened. Pregnancy tests performed in accordance with the instructions are a fairly good source of information about a possible pregnancy. Detailed information about the reliability of the test performed in accordance with the instructions is always included in the instructions. For example, "On the basis of clinical and laboratory studies carried out, it was found that the reliability of the pregnancy test is 99%". Or "accurate in more than 99%" alco "accuracy over 99.9%". So there is a very small margin of error. On the other hand, amenorrhea on time, if bleeding does not occur within 7-14 days of the expected date - especially if you have menstruated regularly so far - should prompt you to contact a gynecologist regardless of the result of the pregnancy test. It is up to you whether you want to repeat the pregnancy test. I enclose additional information about pregnancy tests: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/test-ciazowy-jaki-wybrac-i-kiedy-zrobic
