Good evening my six-month-old dog will swallow a pill lying on the street, most likely it was a nospa. Is this pill very dangerous for a dog?

No, the tablet of the drug No-Spa itself is not dangerous for the dog. Nevertheless, the dose of the drug may have been too high for the dog. If you observe disturbing symptoms that may indicate poisoning - diarrhea, vomiting, you should urgently consult a veterinarian.
