These symptoms may be related to the abrupt withdrawal of Setaloft. According to the manufacturer: "Abrupt interruption of treatment should be avoided. When stopping sertraline therapy, the dose should be gradually reduced over a period of at least one to two weeks to reduce the risk of withdrawal reactions. If, following dose reduction or discontinuation of treatment, symptoms develop that the patient cannot tolerate, a return to the previously prescribed dose may be considered. Your doctor may then recommend reducing the dose, but at a slower pace." If the discontinuation of drugs was carried out after consultation with a doctor and gradually, there is a small risk of developing symptoms of withdrawal syndrome. Since these symptoms may indicate an infection, including SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection, you can perform a control antigen test that you will buy at the pharmacy.
