The bright red color of urine may indicate the presence of red blood cells and hemoglobin in the urine. Haematuria is one of the very rare side effects of Milurit, so talk to your doctor. Reporting side effects to your doctor or individually allows you to gather more information about the safety of your medications and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
