According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, dye atrophy is one of the very rare side effects of Elosone: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/26802/elosone-masc/ulotka/181315 It is difficult to estimate whether it will be permanent discoloration. The very appearance of change is an individual feature. Certainly, you will have to use creams with a high filter (min. SPF 50), so as not to perpetuate this change. I also encourage you to report the occurrence of side effects of the preparation. Reporting side effects increases control over commercially available medicines.
