The headaches you mention in your question may or may not be related to the medications used. Side effects associated with the use of drugs that lower blood pressure most often occur at the beginning of therapy and usually pass after a few or several days. Pain in the back of the head is often associated with the so-called tension headache, which may be related to nervous tension, fatigue or lack of sleep. If the complaints last more than a week, you should see a doctor who will decide whether it is necessary to modify the treatment.
