Is it possible to simultaneously apply drugs Epiduo gel and Aknemycin ointment?

Good morning, The doctor assigned me the drug Epiduo gel 0.1%+2.5% additionally antibiotic in the ointment AKNEMYCIN. In application, she wrote that Epiduo should be used only in the evening, and Aknemycin in the morning and evening. I wonder whether to apply an antibiotic and gel one evening or maybe on selected evenings one and the other the other. Thanks in advance for your reply
