Somnolence is a common side effect of Lirra Gem. This effect occurs in between 1 and 10 patients in 100. The exact cause of drowsiness after taking Lirra Gem is not known, but m.in penetration of the active substance through the blood-brain barrier and inhibition of the central nervous system can be suspected.
