The Doxar tablet has no graduation, it is a bi-capsule tablet, suggesting that it should not be split. Dividing the tablet will be difficult and it will be difficult to get two equal halves at home. This carries the risk of changing the pharmacokinetic properties of the drug form, changing the therapeutic efficacy and changing the safety of the drug.
